This website grew out of discussions at the Community Social Agencies Council (CSAC) and the Special Needs Roundtable of the Children's Initiative coordinated by Partners in Ministry: The Leadership Foundation of the Texas Hill Country. A task force made up of Chuck del Toro, director of Any Baby Can, Jane Harris, director of KISD's Head Start Program, Tom Preininger, director of the Hill Country Christian Counseling Center, and Bill Blackburn, president of Partners in Ministry, put the website together with the help of Shelley Dixon.

This website is funded by a grant from the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.

The purpose of this website is to help Kerr County citizens and agencies have better access to human services in the county.
